Who says they're not focused? You? Mike Francesca? Penalties are a huge problem but that doesn't mean Rex can't handle his players or get them focused. He's always blitzed on 3rd down and has had plenty of success as a HC over the years. It's not like he just started doing this. The Jets are going to be looking for a new HC most likely and i'm fine with that. But your kidding yourself if you think the problem with the Jets is simply Rex Ryan.

My comments on why I want a new HC are all over this board. But i'll humor you. Because I want to go in an offensive direction. I'm tired of playing with a completely inept offense and the offense has degraded almost every year under him. Rex is very defensive driven and I think that goes against where the NFL as a whole is headed. It's an offensive sport nowadays. It's hard to win with defense nowadays. Even good defenses have like the Seahawks have offenses that can move the ball and score points. But that doesn't mean that I think Rex is an asshole/awful coach. Just ready for a change.
Good points. I think if the Jets had a better O line and QB with receivers then they would be better but thats just me
