You are probably correct, although with a good GM and good HC we are much more likely to find and develop the QB we are all looking for...rather that destroy him.

This scares me as well along with the report that Woody wants both coach and GM reporting to him. Either scenario would likely scare away any GM with an opportunity to be selective on what job they take.
Well we have the Sanchez precedent and Rex was actually a much better coach than Sanchez was a QB. I think we might be having pro-Rex threads until the new millenium.
