I agree and I suppose it's possible they don't sign any receiver..it was a shame Maclin took that 1 year deal because I think we would have tried to go after him.
Less than 9 hours to go now! Interested to see what we look like by the end of day today, obviously not all free agents will be signed today but a good chunk of them will be off the market before the day is done. And Dark Tower series is good although I never finished it. I've picked up and started the last book about a half dozen times but just can't get into it for some reason.
i agree.. at least maclin would have made a scheme fit because of marty.. hoping theres a under the radar trade or something
James Jones = a healthy Santonio Holmes. He needs other good WRs to compliment him, despite having Aaron Rodgers throwing him the ball. He'd have nearly the same production on the Jets as Holmes. I'd think it would hard not to overpay him, I'd much rather go for Sanders.

I think the addition of Dashon Goldson, Darrelle Revis, drafting Mark Barron and having Jonathan Banks helped their secondary...lets not act like Revis was their only savior. I like Revis just as much as the next Jet fan, but lets be realistic about the situation.

Don't get me wrong I will be happy with either or, but I would prefer Davis. Also hoping we grab Sanders or Tate and Vick. I know there is a lot of anti Vick on this board, but he is hands down the best person available to push Geno and mentor him at the same time.

I hope you aren't making that judgment off of the "Tom Brady" interview. I don't know if you know this or not but Davis scored a 33 on the wonderlic test at the draft, he finished 4th highest in the entire draft class.

He did. They were an ascending franchise going into last year with a bunch of talent on the defensive side of the ball. Then they spent the off-season chasing Revis and they collapsed. Total regime change. $16M CB's FTW.
