correct, jets got a steal with this trade even if its a 4th rounder, jets got rookie of the year, 4th round pick, opened up 16 m in cap , while bucs got revis for a season in a pointless season can you imagine if idzik got 2 1st roundrs for revis?!?!? that was the orginal trade.
I'm still sour that we'll be getting a 4th instead of a 3rd for trading our best player. Sure, we got the DROY but we didn't know we would get that. I wouldn't be surprised to see Revis take 10-12 mil a year and sign with the Pats

Why? He's 29 and not back at his prime-time playing level and they're going to have to take a major cap hit to get him. It's not like he's going to be the key player for them. If Brady is still going strong they're going to stay on top and if he's not they're going to fall. Revis is irrelevant.
