Any trade like that would hinder on Sanchez restructuring his contract I imagine. Not like he is going to get 10+ mill anywhere else anyway so shouldn't hold anything up.

Right, the rumor about Djax is coming from a somewhat reliable source in Rappaport but the Joseph thing is bogus (if it isn't that guy has an incredible source and deserves to be followed). If you are speaking hypothetically then I would rather have Djax as he is by far the more talented, game breaker.

Newton was a top 10 pick, a QB at that. when one is a top 10 pick they get payed the average of the top 10 highest payed players in their position rather the the average of the 3rd to 25th highest payed that any other first rounder like Wilkerson would get. So while Wilkerson would make maybe 6-8 million as a DE, Cam Newton would make like like 17-20 million. thats... not exactly gonna help a team in cap hell, but then who knows what they'll have available to them by then.
