Here we go. Nitpicking every little shit.

How about you let Idzik and our front office figure things out

And Braylon actually played pretty well for us I thought. I would have rather had Braylon long term than Santonio personally. However, with that said, I think we should be steering clear of Rice.

Ehh, how often do you hear WR coach mentioned for the success or failure of a player? Lal is a fine coach, some players have it, some don't.

Kerley has developed just fine. Maybe Hill just isn't good. And I don't care who the coach is, Gates and Schillens won't be successful on any team.

About the 89% spending rule, it is not that straightforward, that 89% is over 4 years. You add the cap together for those 4 years, and by the end, if you have not spent 89% of that amount, then the owner has to pay out the difference to all the players who were on your 53-man rosters during those 4 years. If you end up being $9m short, you have to cut $100k checks to those 90 guys or whatever it works out to. It's designed to make it so that you go "oh well, I might as well spend it on the roster rather than pay it out later" but the league will not come in and say "You have to spend $X this year."

Woody has always been willing to spend the entire salary cap, so I don't think that's the issue. Only a few teams like the Bengals, sometimes the Cardinals, and I think maybe the Browns, routinely go under the cap because the owner doesn't want to spend.

Any money that is left over from this year will be rolled forward into 2015, so it's not wasted if we don't spend it all this year.

I do agree that drafting another CB is questionable, but if they think the best player available is a wideout that's who they will draft. Idzik has been visiting college teams with top WR prospects, so he may be leaning in that direction.

Last year we had Cro, who was ranked near the very bottom of the league; and Milliner was also ranked in that area until the last quarter or so of the season. In that time, when we had terrible cornerback play, we were still able to compete and win games. This year, Milliner will be at least somewhat better than he was last year, hopefully downright good or even great. We can also get another CB who will be better than Cro was last year- maybe even Cro himself if his bad play was due to his hip, like he says, and if it's better now. So I think that, although yes I agree it would have been great to have taken a good free agent CB, we can still improve the cornerback situation and the defense, overall, should be better than last year.

Darrelle Revis' deal w/ Patriots has a provision preventing team from tagging him in '15 if they decline option, sources tell @FOXSports1

Give the guy credit he's a hell of a businessman.

If this is true Idzik needs to make this deal a priority.
We need a game hanger on offense desperately , and Jackson is just that.
He instantly makes Decker a better player.

Jackson is a young dynamic player, he's a guy that DC's need to game plan around.
Say whatever you want about building through the draft but this kid is dynamic and worth trying to make a deal for.
The draft is deep at that position but he's a known commodity , he's a guy you build an offense around.

Djax and Eagles could part ways according to latest rumors. I'd say that would be a pretty big trade and one that idzik should be ALL over.

I don't understand why the Jets would be interested in Jacoby Ford. His rookie season is the only one where he played the full 16 games. He's a younger, poorer version of Ted Ginn. Ginn is much better as both a receiver and returner. Did Ginn re-sign with the Panthers, or sign elsewhere? If so, I haven't heard. If not, if the Jets are looking for a replacement for Hill, I don't see why they wouldn't look at Ginn first.

If I recall Revis had trouble keeping up with Desean's speed when he faced him in 2011, and gave up a touchdown to him last year. Desean is money hungry too though, he complained about not getting an extension, got one, and now he's saying he's worth more than he's getting paid now, which he isn't. But I'm sure some team will pay him if he gets released.

I don't think the Eagles release him. Either they trade him or pay him this year. I doubt they will just let him walk with zero compensation in terms of picks or productivity on the field.

To get him, you'd probably need to give up a 1st round pick, and it's just not worth it in my opinion. I'd much rather get a 23 year old Marquise Lee on a cheap rookie contract with his best years in front of him, than a 28 year old DeSean Jackson at $10m or whatever per year. Even if it's only a 4th round pick, or whatever, $10m/year for him is too risky for me.
