Breno is essentially the same mediocrity that Howard was except he won't cost us 6m a year. I'm also 100% that he will be competing for the starting RT with Oday Aboushi.
great post. as long as the pats have brady they will be able to get by offensively. the guy is just a fantastic player. They have been bad defensively the past 5 years or so... and they only time they looked good is when talib was healthy. giving bill bellicheck revis to shutdown half the field would be deadly... they coudl get their defense back to what it was when they were winning titles and had strong corner play. not getting revis i can live with. watching him go to NE i cant

I'm a big believer that most type A receivers come in the draft... not as a free agent. no reason to overpay cause we're desperate its bad for the future, as it always bites us in the ass... focus on a few type B players aka Jones, LaFell, etc... and go WR in the draft !
its 40% of our cap room. and he wont get 16M. if someone was walling to give him 16 million they'd have just traded for him. he likely gets 12-14M, which is just 2-4M more then corners are going for right now and any top corner is going to cost us at least 25-35% of the cap.

ugh, im gonna be pretty upset if we give decker more then 4/22 or so. he isnt a game breaker or a homerun hitter and im not sure how good he is without peyton throwing him the ball. with geno as QB im not sure he does more then 60, 700, 5 TD
