Cortland Finnegan will be cut. I wouldnt mind him either. If its time to move on from Cromartie, then so be it. Id suggest bringing in Byrd and a combo of either Cromartie, Browner, or Finnegan. Finnegan and Browner would be one tough duo with the way they play.
I REALLY want Hakeem Nicks in here. Plaxico left a bad stench, but its such a different situation. Nicks is a NYer, has succeeded here as a #1, has had great seasons here, only 27. Take him.
Bah, Browner is suspended the first 4 games. I don't know if I want yet another player on the Jets with suspensions to start the year. It's getting old. He might be dirt cheap, though. I still say push for Sanders.

With all the youth we have in the secondary, Lock up champ and reed. Everyone knows the only thing these two have left is the wisdom they could provide for the youth. We invested a top 9 pick in the draft for milliner and Ive been unimpressed in what I've seen from him now. Surround him with champ this Offseason. Get it done
Hes argueably the best WR on the market. He has had the most production, I think we are looking at a contract of at least 7 million a year.
Based on milliner's performance thus far you think it wouldn't take long to see him play on an all-pro level. Love the optimism but let's not get too ahead of ourselves now. We need to start making moves geared to this guys progression. Lock up champ have milliner's locker next to him and have milliner follow this guy all around. Everytime I see milliner giving a 5 yard cushion to his wr I think he's a pus. he needs confidence and I rather champ help him get to that level. Champ will come cheap.
We need depth at the CB position, how many times have we seen someone go down? or just flat out suck one day?

We have depth, Kyle Wilson believe it or not although I hate his game was one of the top nickel corners last year according to pff. Also we just re-signed walls, and Aaron berry should be ready once it is time to suit up the pads. Give me a leader/ first ballot hall of famer champ Bailey to help give these guys the mental/intellect skills to play.
