Phil Greene unconscious for St J. Singlehandedly beating us in the last 3 mins.

Dang. Too young. And they are already talking about McCullough leaving after 1 year.

Junc, I moved back more than 20 years from the present, please atleast try to stay up. Your team has had more disappointment than mine, get real.
The Jordan team that lost to Indiana is a much bigger choke than any of my teams choking. Get real!
Dukes team in 1990 wasn't even supposed to be there, do you watch basketball? Your basketball eye is almost as bad as your football eye.

Fake back injury? Wow, how weak of a retort is that? Total Junc!! Hahahaha

Your paragraph on coach K afraid to play road games, and resurrecting his career thru USA basketball is completely stupid. Not even remotely true. Where did they play Wisconsin on Wednesday? Way to go on that one.
I think coach K resurrected USA basketball, not the other way around. I expect nothing less from a Tarhole fan!!! Laughable, totally laughable!
Coach K is so much better than your Roy boy, it isn't even comparable, just like your idea that Nacho is an above average NFL QB!!! Hahahaha

About Duke playing well in the early season, and then crapping down the stretch, is made up as well.
Coach K makes Roy look stupid on the topic of player development. Lets not kid ourselves though, most college players are there for display, not development. Roy lived on a weak conference before he moved to NC, you can't deny that one but I know in your mind you will try.
Roy develops a bench? When, who??? Funny Junc, funny.

On the subject of players leaving early neither one of our teams have fared well. How many times has NC recruits jumped college all together?
How many in the last 10 years hurt your program as much as what left mine early? You realize what Kyrie Erving would have done for my teams the last 3 seasons? You realize Kobe Bryant would have attended Duke if he would have chosen that route?
You realize that Williams, Boozer, and Dunlevy would have been awesome with the team in 03? I could go on and on. I didn't use it as an excuse, it was a fact. You are the first one to go to the excuse bag, as usual.
You realize since 1991 Duke has won more NCAA championships, since 1986 been to more Final Fours, won way more conference championships, conference tournaments as well, had more wins overall, blah, blah, blah? I could keep going, brush up on your history, not me pal!!! Hahaha

Talk about boring basketball? Everyone in the world knows boring basketball was invented by the Tarheels! Get real!! Hahaha
Your boring style of basketball is what helped your school win so many games back in the day. Remember your Dean and his Four corners offense? What a pussy way to win. And your alltime greatest coach invented it. Rather than coach his players, develope his players, scheme against opponents, Dean said "ok, if my team scores first, and you miss one shot, NC wins 2-0!
That's real basketball there Junc. Only a Tarheel could think of "hold the ball, be afraid to play, strategy!"
Do you realize how many games Dean won with this pussified tactic? That's a brilliant idea, by the greatest coach in your teams history? And coach k, can't coach in your eyes? You are so ridiculously funny sometimes. The really funny thing is, you believe yourself......Wow!
Talk about exciting basketball, Junc your team invented boring basketball, not Duke!!!! Get real!!!!
Once again, in your mind, you win an argument. As long as you can live with yourself, I sure can. Hahaha

On the topic of college basketball in general, I wonder how Louisville adapts to play in the ACC? I wonder how teams will handle Louisville as well?
The ACC adding Big East powerhouse teams like they have the past few years, should make the conference much stronger than any other by a large margin. Who is the second ( Big 10 in my opinion), 3rd?
Could the tournament be expanded by 4-8 more teams?
Should a player have to complete 2 years, before leaving early?
Should players be compensated beyond free school?
Pertaining to rules, leave the shot clock alone? Maybe add a 6th foul for each player? Change the lane size?

Haha Stokes, that was like the old days with the Jordan flagrant on McCullough. SU only got 1 point out of it with 1-2 FTs and then getting their next shot rejected and from there St. John's put it away with a 17-2 run. Looking at St. John's, they're certainly athletic and talented, but not very big. I could see them wearing down with their short bench. SU's newcomers need a little seasoning and with Christmas & Cooney, they should start to pick it up in January.

'Nova with a tough road game today vs. the 7-1 Fighting Illini.

From there, brace yourselves for the the New Jersey Institute of Technology Wolverine-killers who invade the Pavillion on the 23rd.

Was really happy with that win for us...Way too much excitement right now, so lets see how it plays out the rest of the year. Big East is so weak now.

They didn't play well, they played GREAT. BIG time win. As for Saturday, maybe Kentucky will take them lightly. Hell, Butler did and it damn near cost them. :p

Correct thx - Jimmy V. Classic.

They deserve to be ranked higher than Arizona after that performance.

Why bother playing the season? Give them the NCAA Title now.
