Who would rather go to the knicks???? I don't think anybody will be going there until they put together pieces over the next few drafts. Same goes for Lakers. Seems like players finally care more about winning than going to a popular city now..but that's just my view
Yeah. I actually feel for Knicks fans. The owner doesn't have a clue. I have only gotten back into the NBA recently. Large market teams like Miami, Boston and LA getting all the talent pissed me off. Plus Oden getting picked and losing Roy, just really hurt. The Blazers finally got some traction four years ago. So there is some. San Antonio winning and LeBron going home helped too.
Dolan didn't overrule Phil and trade the farm for Dragic, it's a start! Dragic is good and I think the Heat made a good move if they can resign Dragic which I think is expected. The Heat are a fringe playoff team so the move makes sense for them. If the Knicks gave up 2 1st rounders where they are now, would be bananas crazy to do so. OKC threw a haymaker in the first half. Looks like the team everyone has been waiting for. Still don't like Dion as a spot up shooter. He just isn't good at it, it's why CLE upgraded to JR and Shump. But I guess with Jackson gone, Dion should get more bench unit PG role.
The West is crazy. OKC is my pick for getting to the Finals. I don't think Golden State or the Clippers will last in the playoffs. Dallas could also be dominant. Portland is a big question. They have been playing like crap recently. But they shouldn't be discounted. I don't follow the East.....
Dion gets to run the fast break here though, that's his game style. Definitely is no spot up shooter like what LeBron and Co. was trying to force him to be. Can't wait til all of our new guys hit the floor.
He has been leading the team more than KD has. That's not a knock on KD either. He just hasn't been able to fully shake that injury. Westbrook has been total HAM since he has been back. We're finally in the 8 spot now, so let's hold it, and just keep doing our thing, and there should be 1, or 2 teams that slip down in the West. We can still get the 5 or 6 seed. I mean that sucks, but hopefully we'll be healthy, and have momentum.
That was an absolutely insane trade deadline. I really like Dragic to Heat their starting 5 is stacked. Very surprised about Brandon Knight to the Suns, Michael Carter-Williams to the Bucks and that top 5 protected Lakers pick to the 6ers.

Your favorite basketball team hasn't won a title in 40+ years, the Heat have won three titles in nine years... we'll be fine, after all we just landed a top ten PG, we'll have a healthy Bosh next season ,Mcroberts, Whiteside, and another valuable player will be on our team next season(if we use the MLE). The Heat are the third best franchise post MJ era, we haven't been consistent "losers" since the eaely '90s.......

All the guys playing for their new teams not doing well. Brandon "want to play for a winner" Knight was very average off the bench. Goran was horrible, but at least got a little better to put together an average game. So far today selfish Reggie Jackson isn't doing shit. And in the Bucks Hawks game, somebody near the mic has fucking dog toys and keeps squeaking them. It's driving me batshit crazy.
