Btw, the result today is what should have occured in week 2. Only if there werent those late INT's. But its a learning experience and it shows progress at times with Geno.
Always felt the same way. The only reason they beat us in the reg. season was cuz it was Sanchez's 4th game in the super dome. We held the Saints offense to 10 points but Sanchez threw em 14 points.
this concludes a review of all the forecasts of doom in this terrific thread during the last week prior to the beginning of the game Summary 5-4, rookie quarterback, predicted by all the experts to win no more than 3, maybe four games for the season, Wins against the Saints, Falcons and Patriots time to enjoy the bye and get ready for the softer part of the Jets 2013 schedule
Mr Dumstein,,paging Mr Dumstein,,,,,,,,first off you are correct it is like xmas day,,,,,,,The Jets beat the Saints which was a very tall order but I could not be happier that they did  I started Brees and Graham in my fantasy league,,, ( I also have Folk as my kicker ) and it looks as if I also might get high pts for the week ( 100 fazoools in my pocket ) so it aint the pony I asked for but I will take it . Enjoy the win all !
I did not expect a win due to this team having a history playing bad against good complete teams. I was wrong. Did not think saints wrs were going on a tip drill spree and their main rb getting knocked out. Good win yesterday and finally an important stop by the defense late in a game. no hard feelings meant in quoting all those "we're gonna get smoked" predictions. We are ALL Jet fans and ALL excited about the Jets SHOCKING THE WORLD again vs the unbeatable Saints. It was great to be in the stadium yesterday to watch this win over another one of the top NFL teams with a HOF quarterback. There were fewer than few Saints fans in the house, even fewer than the Pats fans who were way fewer than the disgusting takeover of the joint by the filthy fans with their filthy yellow towels earlier this season GO JETS
