I want to congratulate the JETS on their victory. As far as the flag in OT was concerned, a rule is a rule. Just like the 'Tuck Rule', it's just a bad rule but called correctly. When the Patriots were ahead 21-10 they had a few chances to put the game out of reach, but never converted those chances. Allowing any team to stay within striking distance with the current Patriots D is not the way to go. Unfortunately over the years the Patriots have never really had that 'killer instinct', but I was hoping for it yesterday. I agree with PatsFan2003 about the Patriots still in 1st place in the AFCE. It's amazing that they still are. The results of next week's games (NE vs Miami at Gillette Stadium and the JETS traveling to Cincinnati) could go a long way to set up the rest of the season.
