And now Rex says "Another thing I'm sure I'll get criticized for" about making Ivory last guy out of the tunnel.

He is obviously pissed off about the unrelenting criticism he gets from some of the media.

And now a "Folk hero" joke falls flat too.

Time to rest up for the bye week and look to add a WR off the scrap heap. Hopefully Kerley isn't hurt that bad.

Who wouldve thought that we would be 5-4 going into our bye? Pretty crazy. This will give us time to rest up our positional group because they are decimated.

We control our destiny from here on out. Those two Miami games will be crucial and very tough.

Great time for our guys to get healthier.

Also, if this "trend" stays true, we won't win next week, come out and win the following week.. lol

Probably not, since he was back at practice this week.

And now you see the importance of trying to grab Josh Gordon before that trade deadline... If Kerley's injury is serious, we are down to Hill and Insert Name Here... Hopefully Holmes comes back but you never know with that idiot.

The loss of Kerley is bad, but the return of Cumberland, Holmes, and Winslow should be a nice boost to the offense. I expect all 3 to return vs. the Bills. Not too sure how bad Allen or Mcintyre's injuries are. Hopefully they will be okay. Jets should be in decent shape coming out of the BYE.

All our injured soldiers get a chance to heal up. When we play the Bills we should have Holmes, Cumberland, Winslow back on offense. That should help Geno out a lot.

Need the time to get healthy on offense.

This is an exciting season that is only going to get better.

Definitely with the majority here. Did not think we'd be 5-4 going into the bye and hope we can heal up for week 10. Especially on offense. I think Keeley is done for the year, unfortunately but maybe Holmes, Cumberland and Winslow can get back in the lineup. That would be a good boost.

two suggestions for the bye week:

Someone make a short list of teams we want to see lose to help our playoff chances

Someone start a Jets look-a-like thread!

If Kerley is gonna miss some time then we should bring back Braylon for the stretch run.

We're going to have Holmes back. No stress. No Braylon.

key pieces (hopefully) coming back for our week 11 matchup

    Santonio Holmes | Hamstring
    Jeff Cumberland | Concussion
    Kellen Winslow | Suspension
    Antonio Allen | head injury
and on top of that guys with lingering injuries have some time to rest up
