I think there's a better QB than Glennon up there right now but Glennon may go higher so its good value but for me, that's personal preference.

Same with a WR before Wheaton whose stock is skyrocketing.

I'm hoping that guy slides to the Phins... assuming of course we are thinking of the same WR

Still a lot of good players and some QBs who would be valuable in this round come April.

Thinking the bills will make a run at alex smith in here and personally i think fitzpatrick is not a bad QB. not sure about the cap issues with fitz but with the addition of a TE and Warmack - the running and passing game should improve.

other thought - chandler tore his acl in week 15 or 16 i believe so u have to plan for the worst.

oops :) come april they may take a QB anywhere from rounds 2 thru 7. i do not think they go QB at 1.

they really should take a BPA approach. these QB's are not top ten worthy at all.

The Phins were hoping he slipped down the board a few more spots... could be a 1st round pick when it's all said and done.

I'll have my pick up in a minute. I can never decide between 2 players.

Haha, too predictable? Well I guess you all know I love Patton (along with Wheaton) at WR. Maybe unlike Lacy, this guy is the perfect fit in a WCO. He reminds me a lot of Reggie Wayne- their game isnt built on pure speed, but rather precise routes, ability to get in and out of breaks quickly and very good hands.

This may not be an immediate need because some think a WR group of Holmes, Hill and Kerley is fine... But in a year it will be a need when we are able to get rid of that huge contract of Holmes. To me, Hill is still a huge question mark and I see him as a #4 WR. I think Patton can come in and easily be the #2 WR and has the upside to be the #1 in the future. With this pick, we for once fill a need in the future, having the piece in place before the hole opens up (like the steelers) instead of doing patch work and its already too late (last year).

It also continues the infusion of playmakers and talent on the offense.

Yep, him and Wheaton are in my top 5 WR's in the draft... I think they'll both be 2nd round picks. If either fell to the 3rd, we should be all over that. I love the fact that both are good route runners and are hands catchers- you know, the complete opposite of Hill.

Dallas Clark isnt getting any younger so I had to reach a bit there for a TE. I love Kelce's combination of blocking and catching for the Bucs, they haven't had consistency from a TE in awhile.

We've locked in on our target however I could see 2 of the next 3 teams going in this direction as it's a need with both of them. Will have to sit patiently and wait..
