    I'll take your word on Cohen as I don't know anything about him. Does he have a business or talent evaluation background?

    He was a college scout with the Redskins for 4 years in the late 90's and then did personnel for the Jaguars and Eagles. He was Pro Personnel Director with the Eagles when they were making the NFC championship game every other year.

    How do we upgrade the QB position? There aren't any QBs to upgrade the position with.
