I thought that Jones-Drew was a FA this year? I guess that's next year? If so we should try to pull off a trade for him. Package Tebow and some other stuff, make Sanchez renegotiate his contract and get it done!

    Brian Leonard!

Growing up close to Rutgers, I watched a lot of Brian Leonard when he was playing for the Scarlet Knights. I would like to see what he could do if switched back to Fullback.

I watched a lot of Leonard when he was at Rutgers playing with Ray Rice and have to agree that the guy has a lot of talent. Definitely wouldn't mind seeing him come to the Jets.

A trade involving Jones-Drew would probably look something like this:

    Maurice Jones-Drew

    for

    Tim Tebow
    Bilal Powell
Antonio Cromartie OR a second round draft pick

Fantasy? Really? That's what you're quoting at me? okay, maybe I'm off base in calling him a top 3 back. but he can do as much as anyone with the ball when he's healthy. in fantasy, he's practically undraftable within the first 3 rounds because of his injury history. But he's still young, and there's no way any team in the league wouldn't have to pay for him as a number one back if they were looking to trade for him. and before you a quote how many guys are better than him, I'm talking about today's number one back, not the number one backs of yesteryear.

McFadden looked like shit this year and you can't blame it on the team or scheme because Reese and Goodman made him look like a 3rd string scrub when they played. So lets summarize: injury prone + played like shit entire year when healthy + big name that will cost more = stay away.

Of that list I like Ivory, Peerman, and Parmele and I see Ivory as an attainable target because the Saints are retarded when it comes to their running backs.
