I think he's a guy not a lot of people saw play plus we all wanted some offense so that combo makes an angry group tonight but hopefully down the road we all look back and love this 1st rd.

I mean I wish the draft wasn't only one round and we wasted all our picks on defense only. It really sucks there is no such thing as a second round that were picking high in or anything.

Thanks for drafting DeWayne Robertson 2.0 you fuc-king piece of dogsh-t.

Gonna draft a kicker in round 2 again like you did with Mike Nugent??

Great, we'll fill needs with our sixth and seventh rounders. Great strategy.

Honestly have no faith in the rest of the draft.

I am not a college football maven, but if the health issue killed Star's pickability (even though he went a round later--and Jones went 3 rounds later)--Milliner has a history of surgeries (two shoulders, a knee scope, a fractured leg and something else). Not the same kind of health issue as the above gentlemen, but shouldn't they have considered that? You want your picks on the field.

This year comes down to Rex being safe a extended without reason. Hopefully Marty produces a decent O. Its all about Teddy or Johnny next year.

Did Sharrif announce he was gay before the draft or something? No team wants to touch him!

Everyone who complained about Rex not getting fired with Tannen-bum, I owe you an apology.

Because there isn't a second through fifth round? Thanks for informing me, I won't be tuning into the draft tomorrow night then

I don't like the picks, but I'm going to wait until I see all our picks to crucify Idzik. And if two picks can throw you off from being a Jets fan, how have you stayed a Jets fan this long?

Our goal this year is to generate a butt fumble on our opposition for points.

Our defense will score for us this year...I think Shelden Richardson will have more TD's for this team then Mark Sanchez.

Wanted Dion Jordan and Tavon Austin.

Stuck with Milliner and fatboy bust DeWayne Robertson 2.0. And Revis is gone.

    Thanks Jets.

Sheldon over Star and Sharrif because his movement is "uncanny". Said they loved seeing Sheldon play stand up LB in some games. #nyj

We have to play 4 man fronts this year. It's almost a must now. Looks like we are following the giants foot step and building up the dline. Let's hope it works. Need offense now. Also read that Richardson was used to drop back in short coverage quit a bit

It's not that they're bad players, there are just bigger needs. Our offense is still garbage and CB/OLB were not our biggest needs.
I trust Rex to bring in good defensive players. But this was unexpected.

Our Director of College Scouting, I think his name is Jeff Bauer said this about Richardson

"his speed and athleticism is something we've never seen in a DT, he play Outside Linebacker vs Texas A&M and that he's special"

So basically we're building a versatile defensive line but one thing I know is, A great D-Line makes your linebackers better
