The Heat have the same back to back loss stat since January I think and every loss is followed by a 10+ point win. That's great coaching and great teams. We really did get the two best teams in the finals this year
Yup. They do have the same stat, its just that SAs is a month longer. So Thursday night Miami is probably the bet.. LOL! Neither team loses back-to-back.
Makes 2 of us, brotha. Especially down in SOUTH BEACH! Just like Duncan celebrated in Cleveland on LeBron's homecourt. It's time for Duncan to celebrate again down in MIAMI!
Lebron also messed up passing to Wade on the 3 point line instead of trying to take that 3 to answer Neal's first one. Wade just provides no spacing and just goes into the teeth of that Spurs D. It's what they want and Wade is giving it to them.
I tweeted it earlier before the game started. Didn't have time to post it on here. Next time though
Oh I think the stat was that 12 finals have been tied at 1-1 (not including this one) and the game 3 winner is 11/12 in winning the series. The 1 time they didn't win was the Heat against DAL in 2011
Breen suggesting Spoelstra pull Wade. Apparently he hasn't been paying attention to Spoelstra's modus operandi.
Yes, you're spot on with that. THEY Are mAKING IT RAINNNNNN three balls! This is crazy! Spoelstra has that "What-Do-I-Do" face on! Also -- Wade is petrified to take another jumper. They are giving him 4 or 5 feet space every time and he just doesn't want to shoot it.
TMAC time! Also this feels like the games this season when everyone and anyone on the Knicks was taking and making the 3s and the home crowd was egging them on from like 30 feet away. Just so much fun to watch a team on fire from 3. Heat were like this in last year's finals
Lebron scores 9 straight points, put Wade back in and give him the ball. 2 things there, never should have put Wade in, Lebron should have been more selfish and took the shots to heat check himself. We knew Wade was cold, we didn't about Lebron. To Lebron also. Honestly the initial strategy for Lebron is take the space they are giving him, shoot, and make it. That's it. Then of course Pop will counter but that's how you at least make the Spurs change the strategy. Dwade I have less faith in making. He is just playing terrible. His 2nd half is so bad he might be having a worse game than Lebron now.
And Dallas the year they won. They beat the Lakers in 4 and were shooting lights out. JTerry, Peja Stockovich (spelling?), Dirk. Everyone on that team.
Mike Miller still 5/5 from 3. Would've liked to see him shoot more, considering Green and Neal keep shooting.
