The first caller today commented on Francesa's rant about Rex Ryan. He said that Mike had the right to comment on the Jets but he stepped over the line when he got personal. He nailed it.
His personal vendetta will continue forever. The egomaniac will never let up. He was relentless yesterday. The fat f_ _k was repeating all afternoon that Rex is nowhere to be found. "Where's is big mouth. Since he got here he's always talking. Where is he now". He said he made calls to the Jets to get an interview. He admitted that he knew he wouldn't get one. Just did it to break balls. The Standup Comic came out with his big joke yesterday. About where Rex is right now, he said "Rex has gotten so thin that he disappeared".
Mike from Monclair - Hey Mike. What makes you think your qualified to be Pope. Mike - Wait-a-sekin Wait-a-sekin!!! Yore lawst. Yore atta ya mind wit dis. Day choose me! Dose guys ova dair don't have da numbas. My Rekid and my Paformince sealed da deal. Life is like an NCAA Tornnamint.... Da cream alway's rises to da top. Da way day run da Vatican, you'd think Rex Ryun was running da en-tiyah show over dair. Dair an Uttah-disasta. I gonna clean house. Not like da Jets are doin it. Dair gonna know dat dairs a new Sherif in town. Back afta Dis.
During his opening monologue, as he was mowing through the topics, he mentioned that all the NY teams have issues right now, starting with the Jets and Revis. Then he asked what Tisch is doing by practically announcing to all teams that Victor Cruz is for sale. I'm assuming he'll allot some time for that topic, later in the show.
Do people actually like Carton (besides the fandom callers)? I can't stand it when he goes off on his Top 20 DJ / wannabe shock jock antics. And the other morons laugh at the most unfunny jokes. I was hoping Boomer or Jerry would ko him to STFU by now.
I couldn't stand Carton back when he was on NJ 101.5, but he appeals to certain type of audience. And he is pretty good at making fun of people, especially Tank
carton has grown on me. he was tough to like at first especially since he really has very little sports knowledge. he is quite hilarious though and can usually get me to laugh whenever i hear him.
Basically, Boomer said they should send Mike a ""Fudgie the Whale" cake for his birthday...:breakdance:
