Calm down calm down I'm just joking. Clearly a good defense and run game can get you far regardless of QB. But Havimg a great QB is definitely the easier and better path.
the most annoying part is the blubbering about Tommi the Fag passing Montana's record and Billy the Scumbag moving into second place in postseason wins especially if Commissioner Patsdell had any testicles, NOT one of those "wins" that were tainted by the most reprehensible cheating in sports history WOULD COUNT in those totals They don't count Rosie Ruiz' "win" in the Boston Marathon or no longer count Lance Armstrong's "wins" in cycling.... but because Kraft got Patsdell his job as commissioner EIGHT FULL YEARS of cheating were swept under the rug with a slap on the wrist sickening favoritism
Schwab gave up before the game was over over... Ok, with one minute left the game is practically over but what was the point of trying to get the ball back if they were going to play that clock eating offense? Score in under 20 seconds with sideline throws and offside kick and you never know... at least it a chance. Instead they throw rather short passes that ate 20 seconds per play.
anyhow now that I've gotten that rant off my chest.... I'm quite happy still having three solid teams to root for in the NFL postseason GO RAVENS!!!! GO NINERS AND FALCONS!!!!
same thing happened on FOX in the ATL/SEA game Announcers are unable to even keep track of the score.
Didn't he correct himself a few seconds after though ? Simms is still one of the better commentators.
great games this weekend - makes me realize how far the jets have fallen. thought the officiating was average at best - when u look at it closely - these high scoring games can really go either way depending on the calls. the more i see and hear games during the last 2-3 years - mike tirico from espn is one of the best. bar none.
If the Texans had somehow mounted a more legitimate comeback (recover that onside kick) then this would've been, indisputably, the best weekend of playoff football ever. I'm surprised how excited I am for the AFCCG and NFCCG.
Some fallout from the horrific play of Denver's secondary last weekend: secondary coach Ron Milus is out. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/story/...of-db-coach-after-costly-gaffe-against-ravens Unless he told Rahim Moore to let Jacoby Jones get behind him, and told Champ Bailey to get burned all day by Torrey Smith, I'm not exactly sure how this is the coach's fault, but it's not too surprising, either.
