OKC ended up with the hardest matchup amongst the top 4 teams in the West.

God I hope Memphis beats em. I am not going to act like I am not scared of em.

As one league exec texted me, "That was Ty Corbin's big (bleep) you on his way out the door."

On the other end of the spectrum. A Jazz loss tonight guaranteed the 4th spot in the lottery by themselves. They won tonight tying with Boston.

All right, let's see how wrong these predictions are:

    Spurs in 4
    Thunder in 6
    Clippers in 5
    Houston in 5

    Indiana in 5
    Miami in 5
    Toronto in 7
    Chicago in 6

EDIT anddddd I have no upsets. Hmmmm who pulls off the upset?
EDIT 2: feels like I went too short on most series. Not going to change it, not gonna overthink anything. Not good I went chalk and only one game 7.

Kinda odd how generally all the teams got matched up to teams closest to em (SA-Dallas, GS-LA, BKN-TOR, MIA-CHA) All the teams have short travel distance.

Miami closed out the regular season in style, losing by double digits to Philly. In Miami.

Wade started and played 23 minutes. I have no idea as to why, considering he's missed over 20 games this season.

Embarrassing loss for the Heat. Even using just scrubs, they should've won. Philly uses D League players.

Philly beat the Heat 2 out of 3 this season.

You know, I don't follow the NBA die-hard like I do the NFL, so I didn't say anything ever, but I always thought the Detroit hype, and the (hand in hand) Josh Smith hype was very, overrated, because I've never thought much of 13 points, 7 rebounds a game Josh Smith. I let it influence my NBA predictions though, which I shouldn't have I guess.

Yeah it's funny we're on opposite ends of that game, but the same also. As a Thunder fan, I would rather see the Mavericks, because I feel like despite the Mavs recent championship, the Grizzlies have a higher ceiling in 2014. Either way I'm not overly concerned though, so it's not a huge deal. Pretty much I look forward to chatting with you about our series for a championship trip. :)

Detroit hype? Can't remember the last time the Pistons were hyped.

Dumars has been the worst GM in the NBA ever since Isiah finally left.

I don't think anyone thought the Josh Smith signing was a good one, but the fact that the contract is already awful is what's impressive.

I'm not meaning anybody on TGG. I just know I googled NBA predictions a lot, and most sites had the Pistons as the 5 or 6 seed.

Warriors announcers annoyed that Brian Shaw is trying to win

announcers: "Mark Jackson is looking at Brian Shaw, like 'are you serious?' fouling with 24 seconds left"

Denver was down 3! They had to foul. Golden State just wants the game to end.

Draymond Green one of the dumbest players in the NBA. He's the same as he was at Michigan State, when he was highly overrated.

Denver just shot a 3 to try and tie it, it was clearly offline, but Green went up and goaltended it before it hit the rim/backboard.

Ruled a goaltend (tying the game at 115), they're going to replay. GS announcers furious. lol

They overturned it, but I would've upheld it. Green touched the ball before it got there.

It was clearly not going in, but that's illegal interference with a shot.

It could be worse, last year my Spurs had 10:30 starts to games and I had classes at 8 a.m. Its damn near impossible to fall asleep while the game is still on. Luckily it appears SA has reasonable times to games for the first round.
