Every year I fall on that with my first comment! I guess it has become a tradition :p sorry guys... edited.

That said I really think he can succeed @ RT for the right team (he'd be a good fit for the Jets too imo). DeCastro was the better G project but I think the Bills are pretty decent at G, they just need to stay healthy... especially at C.

Guys it's not too difficult.......Don't mention undrafted players.

All GMs have to do their own work.

glad im not picking for the jets... looks like its going to be there choice for the first OLB off the board....

Like both picks for the bills/chiefs. although on dday I could see KC grabbing a defensive player, one thats still on the board...

    BOOOOOOOOO Johnny!

Your now going to make me work for the Eagles pick. Bah Luke to PHI was a forgone conclusion.

Seattle is (in my opinion) the hardest team to draft for in the 1st round because they're picking high enough that they have to take an elite prospect but low enough that none of the one's available fit a surefire need. In lieu of this, I like the Kuechly pick. This way the Seahawks won't have to overpay to retain Leroy Hill or David Hawthorne.

Hahahahaha. I REALLY wanted to reach on one of these pass rushers since thats the Seahawks biggest need next to QB but they need another big time LB. Hawthorne and Hill will both be FA and may very well leave. I also knew that teams behind me like the Cards and Eagles needed his services so I tried to do my part to stir the pot!

Theyre still plenty of decent LBs you could get for Philly, even one whos stock may have fallen and you could get in the second round *hint* *hint*

Oh trust me, it was not easy pickings for the Seahawks. They need a QB, then a pass rusher, then have a bunch of needs that are about the same level as LB.

I went BPA while also filling a big need. If they lose Hawthorne AND Hill, theyre screwed at LB. Kuechly gives them some excellent service and a great leader/tackle machine on defense. No Seahawks fan should be too displeased.

if you're talking about who i think you are, I have serious doubts about him making it out of round 1...

If this is how the real draft goes Id be VERY excited to be a Jets fan. So many possibilities to pick from at 16 with about 5 big time choices most likely available.

in other news, Jonathon Martin is a good move to Az. If the next pick isn't a no-brainer for JJ and the cowboys, I don't know what is. with Decastro and Martin gone of course

I can think of one that is deserving of a 1st rounder and another whos stock IMO is falling off a bit.

Ones a beast, the other is a standout on a former crowded front 7 (this one is whos stock is falling)

That should be clue enough without saying any names.

The Cardinals are lucky that J-Mart was available. They've been hurting at OT for years.

To be honest, if this is what the draft looks like, I swear to christmas Tanny better be working the phones making a move to trade down. All 3 OLB's, 2 wr's a falling Big ten DL that probably shouldnt be available right now. Christ I hope we are so lucky that the only realistically possible option for us at 16 thats gone after 13 picks is DeCastro

Great pick by the Cards, they need someone to replace Levi Brown when he is cut or move him back to RT. Martin is perfect to jump in at LT and Cards fans should be pretty excited.

I think a lot of people have hated on Martin lately but he is an outstanding LT with loads of potential.

Youd hafta be very careful trading down. I could see MAYBE the Bears wanting to jump at our pick to get one of those WRs BUT if we go back too far we could lose out on a big time prospect.

IMO we should stay, there is a certain LB who is IMO the best at his potential NFL position in this draft. He should of been picked earlier but we cant pass up on the kid this time and lose him to a team like the Chargers.

I know exactly who you mean. The first guy is probably who Baker will end up taking in Philly. Unless he shocks the world and goes WR.

The second is definately a target for my team, should he slide that far... Not saying he's the guy, just that he is definately an option

He definitely would be a solid option for the Packers. I think they have a few other needs at another position that I think will fall but if not the Pack should have some good choices on their hands.

I'm also willing to bet, your choice for top LB prospect, is not the same as anyone elses. what i mean is everybody seems to have a different order of those 3 lbs.

Personally I think one guy stands out as well, but i'd be very very happy with 2/3 OLBs (and just plain happy with the 3rd) and either of the 2 WR's, although I have a preference there as well. Plus there is one darkhorse OT out there for us as well. I trade back with Chicago (if they want to move up) and take my chances that one of those 6 guys is there. Adding extra picks is always a good move. Scarily enough, I'm getting the sense the Jets may have fallen in love with a RB at the senior bowl, and the bastard had a great game. Meaning to get him, we would almost assuredly need to use a 2nd rounder on him.

I might end up doing it...

Philly's 4-3 D takes away alot of good OLBs here that to me are strict 3-4 guys. Its why Luke is a match made in heaven in PHI.

Yeah Pack fans should be pretty happy. Somebody solid is going to end up in their laps. I was kinda hoping richardson would fall. now thats the scariest offense in the NFL right there!
