He hasn't been around since 10 AM, usually he's very reliable.

PM me your board if you have to leave, your pick may not be made till tomorrow.

Well i have a 2 man board, and i'm up in 3 picks. Im pretty positive 1 will be there, because I can't see Houston taking either guy i want. NE will undoubtedly steal one though. I'll be around for a while now, maybe another hour or so before i conk out for the night. Dean's time is up at 11:30 i believe, I expect he'll be in of course, just anxious I guess.

    This applies to All GMs.

If Dean doesn't show, a GM that isn't within 5 picks from their team can make the pick.

We had one missed pick today, and 3 picks that went just under 2 hours.

I won't tolerate anymore missed picks after Rd 1...so please send me a your boards.

Magilla picked at 9:36, so 11:36 is when Houstons pick is due.

Frankly i dunno who to give them. So dean's got his work cut out for him when he gets here...

I would rather have someone whose only picking once pick with them but if not I might go and do a out of left field type of pick for them.

Its a really tough pick to make.

I know, they really got shitcanned the last few picks as well. thinking about it some, i might just got get them a receiver. Theres one out there who is a teensy bit of a reach right now, but with nothing of good value on the board, might as well keep building up the offense the #2 defense is in good shape for the time being i think

Yeah I can go with either the Mario Williams replacement(Which isn't an immense need but its probably the guy your looking at), an offensive piece or a really out of left field pick.

They got Connor Barwin and Brooks Reed at the 2 OLB spots pretty much.

Shame because there's a pass rusher out there that probably should not be falling the way he is.

Will probably still let an outside GM who may have 1 pick or no picks maybe want to jump along but if not..I or someone can make that pick by 11:36 to not keep the line waiting.

right, my point being a pass rusher, is about the opposite of necessity. There defense was #2 overall. Gotta find a way to strengthen the offense, ideally it would be OL here i think. but none such luck of one being availble. Houston might be the team who makes the surprise first round pick this year based on their spot....

Good Pick BM, Sanu is the WR i was thinking of when i said teensy reach. He would be better value at the beginning of the second, but without any real options at a need for Houston, Sanu makes some sense for them.

I wanted to stop that drop so bad.

But with the Steelers being way over cap and Denver needing interior more so than him, I couldn't do it.

If it were the full fledged mock, I would have done it. More picks to allows more BPA picks, instead of having to condense the needs into 3 rounds...

the way i think of it is value is value. We may only be drafting for 3 rounds, but those other picks still exist. BPA is BPA. Don't worry, he won't make it to Baltimore, that much I can promise

Lol I jsut was lookign to make the pick myself and would have gone the same way. I love it for Houston. That offense is scary with Walter Across from Johnson, so this would be a major upgrade and a huge headache for defenses.

PinPointPenning10 has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space.

    Can't PM him.

Yeah Sanu is a tadbit of a reach(SF mighta looked at him) but HOU needs that No.2 and Sanu can be developed into that by Schaub and Dre Johnson.

NE should take that aforementioned pass rusher and be happy doing so.
