What are the Redskins doing? They lost so many picks to get up to the #2 spot & get RGIII. Then they use one of their remaining picks on Cousins? So stupid.
Why does everyone ignore Terrance Ganaway? What is the knock on him? He benefited from playing with RG III too much? Why did Pead, Pierce, Miller, James and Hillman go before him? He's a big back with great top speed, a great burst, he can lay hits on pass rushers on his way out to run routes, he can catch, he can read blockers, and he has no red flags. Why?
Don't know much about him myself but it looks like he was expected be drafted late or undrafted. http://www.fieldgulls.com/2012/1/27/2751186/nfl-draft-2012-scouting-baylor-rb-terrance-ganaway
Evan Rodriguez in round 4? I thought we had our eye on him for the 6th or 7th? Is it just me or have the Bears reached on just about every pick...
I heard that Iloka got stabbed some months ago, but can't find anything about the incident online. Has anyone else heard about this?
While the Cards clearly got good value (and massive need considering their line...) the fact that ALL the Franchises seem to have agreed to not touch Massie until this point scares me. I really wanted him yesterday but now lets see how he pans out with the Cards
For those that are bitching about Massie, check out Polian and Parcells' draft chart that was posted here Thursday night. They have Massie as a late 4th round talent. People are getting upset over a guy that quite a few teams and at least two very knowledgable former GMs have pegged as middle of the road. Some people here were calling him a can't-miss RT last night after we passed on him! Also, that same chart has Coples as the best DE in the draft with Stephen Hill as a first round WR, right behind Michael Floyd.
newsflash: just because mel kiper jr. thinks Massie is a first round pick doesn't mean that Massie is a first, second, third or fourth round pick. Kiper Jr. has been horribly wrong in the past in his evaluations and he is most likely horribly wrong yet again.
Panthers receive: • Fourth-round pick (No. 103): Frank Alexander 49ers receive: • Sixth-round pick (No. 180) • 2013 third-round pick This was from today so I over estimated the cost to the tune of a next year's fifth round pick (equal to a 6th round pick this year) - I can see why it warranted the sarcastic response
