Its pretty disrespectful that he is claiming Clowney "quit" on the bench press. If he knew anything about weight lifting, he would know that people with long wingspans have a much more difficult time bench pressing than people with shorter arms due to the range of motion. Clowney has a 7 inch wingspan which is the largest wingspan amongst all Dlinemen in the draft. Clowney didn't "quit", Clowney did the most he could which is more than enough for a man with a 7 inch wingspan. Just because some punters with shorter arms did more, does not mean they are in anyway stronger than Clowney. That kinda irked me with what he said.
Francesas right about one thing, the NFL wants to get rid of this on field verbal stuff because they want to broadcast the players on the field in the future and they cant have them saying vulgar words every 2 seconds so now they are attempting to get rid of it.

yeah i was annoyed francesser about that too, it was obvious he had no fucking clue what he was talking about. just like the olympic hockey game he didnt watch and everything he has ever said about the knickerbockers and jets. it would be nice if the next caller would not just agree with him simply because they are on the air. hey mike, way to be a jerk.
