I'd bet a trillion dollars that Banks called in on Monday, during the show, and Fatfuck told his toady to take a message.

Then threw the toady under the bus after the fact.

Yes because he is the original Sports radio talk show host. In terms of media, Francesa is royalty because he has the highest ratings in the world for Sports radio and draws people from all over the country.

I dont agree with what Francessa says 90% of the time but I gotta give him credit for bring sports talk to the radio. Its really a blessing, WFAN > ESPN anyday.

 

Boomer and Carton have higher ratings than Mike. It's a bit of a sore spot for the big fella.
