Slauson will be ready by training camp and should be significantly better than last year because he will have two arms. I understand Moore is aging, but he should be able hold up enough for this year.

I dont think we go RT and ride with who we have.. but we dont have a #2 WR (although I dont think there was value here and Zeitler was a good pick over a WR) and I will constantly say that RB is the most overlooked position on this team.

This isnt a sexy pick, but it would help the OL a lot... I wonder who would sit the bench in this scenario, Im assuming Slauson, and Im not sure if Zeitler is an upgrade over him, especially if he’s healthy.

OK.. First of all. I thought I could get Dennard a little later, maybe not but I was feeling balsy. Till a certain somebody started putting some heat on the position.

    *Cough* JTJ *Cough*

Tone it down a little with that stuff please.

I really like Alfonzo, very tough, very good in tight coverage. It is always a good sign when QB's are willing to throw away from a player because of their skill set, Alfonzo Dennard has that type of presence.

We all know the Patsies secondary sucks, well everyone but the Jets (ha), so I felt like this was a good pick up in round two.

I don't see Belidick allowing Alfonzo to be getting in any more fist fights on the field. lol

Hahaha I assumed everyone knew, my bad.

I am glad he was picked because if he dropped any farther it would be more negligence than actual stock.

Dennard is a great pick, I picked him in the first in my mock. Supposedly theyre moving one of their corners to FS.

Seems like Belicheck uses a 2nd every year on a CB.

Haha.. No dude, it's cool. I was just busting your balls a bit. I was willing to take him in the first, so I couldn't believe he dropped that far. Worked out for me. ha

    Thanks.

I was seriously considering taking him if he fell to the Lions. I dont care if I drafted Jenkins and have Chris Houston, hed be a great CB to add to a poor secondary.

I guess Ill just start being quite so you dont steal any of my picks, hahaha.

Harrison Smith and Weddle are a nasty duo at safety for the Bolts.

Smith will benefit from playing along side Weddle. He'll make you proud.

Wanted to take an OLB that I think should’ve gone a little higher, but Thompson was very good value at a position of need. This pick should solidify their DL that was absolutely terrible last year.

Didnt see great value at C either...

Dennard is pretty overrated by some people, I think there are a few guys I still might take over him at the position. He laid down in big games, couldn't cover physical players, and doesn't have elite physical tools.

And thats why hes a perfect fit for the Pats secondary.

    They value those traits

Meh.. I think he is a quality pick. Everyone rates people different, nothing wrong with that.

I just love him because of how physical he is and I truly feel like he is very good in tight coverage. He is the type of corner that made QB's throw to the opposite side of the field.

I think he played kinda bad at the end of the year, but his overall body of work is impressive.

I can about guess a couple of those corners you are referring to, but I like the one I picked. :)

Thanks man, it was hard to pass up on a center again, but there was a lot more value with Thompson.

A DL of Perry, Wimbley, Thompson, Jerell Casey, Klug and Derrick Morgan would be nice. They lost Finnegan to the Rams, but the best way to help a secondary is with a very good DL.

Agreed, there's atleast 2 players still available at his position I value higher than him.

Nice pick with Polk to the Bengals, he should complement BJGE nicely. That offense would look very good with Wright opposite AJ Green and Polk and BJGE in the backfield.

I could legitimately argue six different corners better still on the board, but I honestly believe the number is 3 for me. Though again, Dennard is just a player I wouldn't touch, doesn't mean that others won't disagree.

Jet fans are Rip Van Winkling on this kid with all the Doug Martin love, but I like Polk more.

Considering they were using Bob Sanders in their plans last year and I think Atari Bigby was their SS I do think a definite upgrade.

The Bears strongly considered taking Silatolu but at the end of the day Bears have given Jay Cutler all the weapons to become an elite QB in the ranks of Brees, Brady and Eli. This was a team that may have given the Giants a run for their money if Forte and Cutler don't get injured. Maybe two luxury picks but if they pan out the Bears may have an offense among the best in the league.
