Good thing I didn't overreact after that epic failure of a second quarter...

Back in business as we go to the fourth...

Its turning into a nightmare for the Lebron haters. This guy is unreal. If he keeps playing like this he will be right up there with all the greatest of greats.

Im hoping the Heat go for #30 in San Antonio on Easter Sunday. Monster game right there. If y'all recall the first Heat-Spurs game Pop didnt play any starters and got fined 500k which drew a lot of attention which the Spurs usually dont recieve. It would also be a great setup for a potential finals of they played on the last day of March.

The NBA on ESPN ‏@ESPNNBA 1m
Heat are on a 54-19 run over the 3rd and 4th quarters and LeBron James has his 4th triple double of the season.

Who is honestly going to beat Miami in a 7-game series? Maybe 2 or 3 games, but no one will take them down 4 of 7 times.

Luck. They beat OKC but Battier was on fire that series. If the role players go cold, it opens the door. Just haven't see the role players let Lebron down in a longggggg time now

when the Heat were down 27 in the third quarter, betting exchange Betfair was offering 32/1 odds they'd win.

When this team decides to clamp down on defense, they are UNBEATABLE!

Thunder lose to the Grizzlies, Spurs win. 16 games left, gotta hang on to the 1 seed!

the same thing was said about the Spurs last year, and the Heat the year before that.

I'm not saying the Heat aren't capable of winning the championship this year, just that there is nothing about this run that projects to invincibility come playoff time.

Yeah this, the Heat arent invincible whatsoever If a team shoots the lights out ya, you cant do anything about it. It happened to the Spurs last year, the Cavaliers in 2009 against the magic.

I still cant get over Ibaka shooting 11/11 in game 3 last year. Could a team like the Knicks or Nets just drain 3's all series? possibly.

And remember, if Rondo didnt miss that shot in game 2 of Heat Celtics last year, that series would have ended in 5 games. Celtics would have taken it.

The only team honestly is prob the Spurs. They can beat teams down in the low-post and shoot the 3 at a high clip. No one from the East stands a chance. Thunder, I really don't know because they are a jump shooting team.

btw did the Heat troll the Cavs into thinking they were winning?

No but having the best player obviously helps come playoff time. Having another 10 player also becomes a factor. Then the 4 teams in the East that have the best shot at taking you out all lost a key player for the year also helps.

The Heat should be favored to reach the finals. Favored doesn't mean 100% they will, but it should be expected they make the finals. If they don't, it should be considered an upset

they are clearly leaps and bounds better than anyone in the East, but the West has several teams that are capable of beating them. not that they will beat the Heat, but they are capable of doing so and make the claim that nobody can beat them in a series a ridiculous claim and over-reaction.

    Valid point.

You have the Spurs, Thunder, Grizz that have the best odds of beating them. The Spurs and Thunder have better odds than the Grizz at reaching the finals. I don't trust LAC or DEN as winning the finals even though both are really good

While I agree the Heat are on their own level, they are still no lock. The Cavaliers in 09 seemed to be on another level, especially after the Celtics lost Garnett, but they ran into an inferior Magic team that wasnt phased.

The Bulls and Rose are still a factor, that team did have the best record in the East the last 2 years with Rose, so you never know tbh
