Thanks for prividing losses to ATL, BOS, and IND. Now you'll win 7 more and lose to SA or us to get stopped before 33
I'm surprised Brown and Tirico didn't criticize the shot. A few things: 1)In that situation I wouldn't be looking for a three. 7 seconds left is plenty of time to find someone with a decent look. 2)I wouldn't mind a three if one presented itself, but that's with a guy open and is in a stationary position. The worst three to take (well aside from 40+ feet) is the 3 where you're running towards the corner and jump and heave the shot. You will always be off balance in that situation and it's a low percentage shot for anyone. Obviously a guy like Kobe would have a better chance at hitting it than a guy like Josh Smith, but no one is going to make that shot even 20% of the time.
by throwing it off the Boston player? Green 43 points (he did miss three shots though to make it on 21 attempts), 7 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, 4 blocks in a losing effort. Call Steph Curry, he knows the feeling.
He just has to go to his teammate Rondo, who something similar in game 2 last year. And yeah by inbounding and icing the game for good by doing that haha
Great tweet: Ethan Strauss @SherwoodStrauss "Boston wasted Jeff Green's effort" is an insult to Jason Terry, who gave up his life.
Lakers lost to Phoenix, so Utah could regain the 8th spot by simply beating the Knicks. They are having great difficulty doing so, however.
I typically hate all Miami teams and I've never been a fan of LeBron, but I will say I love the way these guys play and I am rooting for the streak to continue. As good as they are, I am impressed that they play hard damn near every possession on both ends of the court. One thing I've hated about the NBA for awhile now is all the sleepwalking we see. Teams will sleepwalk on defense, or on both ends for whole quarters and games - but this Miami team doesn't do that. They make every possession count. That's commendable. I hope they keep it going and I have a lot more respect for LeBron James.
Kings adopting Hack-A-Jordan in the 4th. He was trying to hide. He stayed out of bounds after inbounding so they couldn't foul (they finally did after he stepped on the court after like 6 seconds). Then on another possession, he ran into the backcourt so the Clippers were playing 4 on 5. It became 4 on 4 when a Kings player sprinted after Jordan to foul him
Chris Paul continues to be a dirty player. Toney Douglas dribbles past him, and Paul just shoves him in the back, knocking Douglas to the floor. Sore loser. Not sure how that's just a personal. Kings pull off the upset.
Ahh Chris Paul, typical haha. Also MUST READ if interested in future of basketball stats: http://www.grantland.com/blog/the-t...t-common-questions-and-more-ghost-players?ask
The ghost videos are amazing. Amazing what can come of this. The idea that they can track where a rebound can go, who should grab it, where defenders should be. Ridiculous
game wound up starting 40 minutes late reminds me of a recent scheduled game for college that wound up being postponed. March 7: UTSA at San Jose State it was raining and the roof started leaking.
