What the fuck was Bush thinking? The fullback actually made a pretty good block on JPP, and Bush ran away from the hole. The Dolphins will be lucky to get the ball back.
you mean the Colts right? They are pathetic. Sparano and the Dolphins are TRYING to win..they just suck.
The Colts will have 14 losses easy. They play the Jags twice, which they still might lose both securing 0-16.
I wasn't labeling Newton a pure scrambler. What I was saying is that QBs who depend on their running ability to make plays typically don't have sustained success in this league. Now, Cam Newton has done a good job of being less dependent on his feet and more dependent on his arm, but he still struggles with his accuracy, which is why I compared him to Vick, who had an arm like a scattershot shotgun. The primary difference between the two is that Vick was more of a finesse runner and Newton is built more like a power back. Whether this makes Newton more prone to injury or less has yet to be determined. I think that if Newton continues to work on his accuracy he can be a big-play threat in this league akin to what Vick is now. However, I wholeheartedly believe that Sam Bradford will be a better QB than Newton because he's (a) more cebral and (b) more accurate. I'll take those two characteristics over being able to run the football and throw a rocket down the field any day of the week because that's what you need when you're down by 4 in the 4th quarter.
Dat was an awwwwful pushoff by da Miami receiver. Da Giants defense is awwwwl wurld and stept up in da fawth kawtuh da way an elite defense would. Eli Manning is da best kawtaback in da league uddah dan Tom Brady.
I'm a Syracuse fan so I watched a lot of McNabb in his college years. There is no comparison - McNabb was always a far superior passer to Vick. McNabb still holds the Big East career TD pass record.
Lol 1 timeout and the Giants burn what? 22 seconds. That is about the worst time management I have ever seen.
Yeah they aren't trying to tank, they are just putting their team in the worst possible spot to lose. Cardinals tie it up.
I'll give you more accurate, but I'm not sure that Bradford is a more cerebral QB than Newton is. I've been very unimpressed with Bradford's ability to make pre-snap reads and adjust on the fly thoughout his brief career. Also, for what it's worth, I think that Newton is already more of a big play threat than Vick is.
I wholeheartedly agree that McNabb has always been a better passer than Vick. That doesn't mean that McNabb didn't also used to be a scrambler though.
