I actually don't think it's that crazy. I'm thinking about replacing Best with Tate (although I probably won't have the stones, tbh). Sure, Ward is listed as the "starter"....but he's clearly not anything special. Indy can certainly be run against, and Houston should have the ball plenty w/The Old Drunk at Colts QB. Tate is the more talented, explosive RB. Kubiak said he will let the hot hand ride. Would anyone be shocked if that hot hand were Tate? If Houston gets an early lead, it could be the Tate Show for the entire 2nd half. Tate has tons more upside than FJax, imo. OR he could shart his pants. High risk/reward. If those were my 2 options, I'd swing for the fences w/Tate.
That was my thinking. FTR, I'd never make the same decision with Best. I just don't like FJax against that Chiefs run D, but I think Tate could have a big day.
i put in tate over edwards. paid off big dividends fuckin nate kaeding get hurt on the opening kickoff wtf one of my friends started cam newton because he had peyton manning and no other backup...fucker got 41 points lol
You know what? Fuck Felix Jones against our defense... Reggie Bush against New England in a last second switch.
Roethlisberger killed me today in my main league. His 3.1 points as opposed to Ryan Fitzpatrick's 32.62 on my bench ruined my day.
I think I did pretty well calling this out Floyd did better than Garcon. I said AJ Green most likely wont score a TD. And he wouldnt have if it wasnt for Joe Haden falling asleep And Burleson played better than all of them like I said he would. Burleson should have had a td too. was a yard away from a score.
what's annoying is when you play in 2-3 leagues.....and you go against players you have in the other or vice versa for your opponent. in my 2 main leagues, it was pretty much impossible for me to win both because in one case i literally was going up against a mirror image of my team(4 main starters). a lot of weird shit had to happen, and it didn't.
Green was lucky Bruce Almighty came in. Dalton did not complete a single pass to Green in the game.
I just want to point out that Cam Newton threw for over 400 yards in his rookie debut. Brad Smith = Cam Newton ???
