His character has never been in question. When people don't like his talents they attack his character too based on the way he's performed. All it does is make them look dumb after ignoring everything else we've seen from him. He probably cares more then anyone else he's just struggling. Not everyone succeeds even though they put forth great effort. Look at Tim Tebow. Hot garbage trying harder then anyone else in the NFL is still garbage.

I've been a McElroy supporter since he played the preseason game vs the Texans. Played well with which we now know was a miserable O-line and against a solid defense in the Texans. Sanchez has had his moments here and really good ones, but I'm saying that if this non-sense continues next year, its McElroy who needs to take over. (sanchez agrument aside)- We need to use players we draft, not just FA, look at the steelers its all guys they drafted, look at us, a bunch of FA!
