It has gone well!! This 3 round Mock is a warm-up to the marathon in late March. All GMs that haven't missed a pick are Welcomed back. These mocks are fun, the anticipation of drafting the player your targeting. Not so fun when they get drafted a pick or two before your selection.
I think that's part of the fun also....it makes you scramble to come up with a "plan B".....I love the challenge.
Love the Norwood pick, Hurricane.....fucking love it. Great value, and certainly fills a need for the Browns D......nicely done.
BOOM. What a great pick I just made. Absolutely outstanding job by me. Seriously. I am awesome. I only draft SEC players for the Browns, build a winner by picking winners.
Norwood was the player I was refering to earlier. Quite a few teams, including the Jets passed on a steal. I almost drafted Norwood for KC in the 3rd Round. I couldn't do it, I ignored O-Line in Rd 1 & 2. Pouncey was a good pick for KC.
Finally Norwood gets drafted! Great pick. Norwood in the 3rd would be a huge steal. I was waiting to see him get picked for the last 20 picks...
I'm usually a BPA GM (Ryan Mathews pick).......passing Norwood hurt.....KC just needs O-Line help badly and Pouncey was the right choice.
i think you made the right decision with Pouncey. Norwood would've been a luxury pick....the Rams offense needed retooling in a major way....didn't like passing on him, but it was necessary.
