I think the rules should be changed in that situation. There is not enough reward for the defending team when they make an interception within the red zone. In this case PHI starts its' drive from the 3 yard line. It should be brought out to the 20 at least.
http://www.twitlonger.com/show/6e2985 anyway, doesn't Rhodes now have two TDs this season? how many did he have in five seasons here?
I disagree. The Eagles were expected to be above average. In fact, the odds on total wins were the same for each team (8.5).
25 seconds left, Eagles not taking a knee for some reason, and Kolb is sacked and fumbled. San Fran ball in philly territory. Well, Nedney wide right from 40, so San Fran fails to take advantage of the Philly gift. 17-10 at the half.
they usually have a few for each game in the 7-8 PM window on NBC, but during halftime, they allocate only a few minutes for the whole highlight thing.
San Francisco is just bad. Philly is without Vick, Jason Peters, Bunkley, Asante Samuel, and Trent Cole, but San Fran is still losing.
That's the thing. You can play poorly against San Francisco (Saints) or you can be missing a lot of players (Eagles) and still beat them. It's frustrating me as a bettor.
49ers lucky Celek can't hold onto a pass on 4th and 1. They could've deflected it. Two San Fran guys running right at Kolb's face, and neither one got their hands up.
 SNL did a sunday night football parody. That was good. "there will be touchdowns and that's a guarantee because the game's already started and it's 14-3" "what? the game's started?"
