You're clueless, dude. There's a reason Schottenheimer's name has come up in the same light multiple times every season since he's been here. I was all for giving him a chance in years 2-3 to grow as a play-caller but it's just not happening. He's stagnating here and and staying isn't going to help him. It's time to move on and make a change, for both sides. Maybe that's what he needs right now.

95 actually, get your facts straight. Anyway, the Jets D allowed 17 points today and scored 2, the Jets offense scored 17 and gave up 7. The O needed to step up and they couldn't, the Jets had a chance to win, this offense has the means to score more than 17 points on the Steelers, I don't care how good their defense is, inconsistent play calling kept the Jets O dormant for most of the game.
Bottom line is what I've said before, he has not feel for the situations & Doesn't know how to use his players. Add to that his mentality is to get as close to the goal line as possible instead of getting In the endzone. His constant running into the middle of the line vs the #1 Rush defense in the NFL is straight dumbness & stubborness. We all know that missing on the goaline stance got us (9) points instead of (7) rrrrright!!??? The safety came on the next play & after the punt we marched back down and scored. First half did us in....& debateable strip sack TD for PITT more importantly. Easy (7) for them...lost by (5) for us.
