i'm sure its a combination of just wanting the Jets game to start but this game really does feel like they've been playing for 5 or 6 hours.
The Packers are legitimately good. My power rankings have them as the 2nd best team in the league behind the Patriots. Starting with Week 13, I based my picks against the point spreads on those power rankings. My system was good to the tune of a 54-25-1 record the last five weeks of the regular season and is now 6-1 in the postseason (only miss was the Balt-Pitt game). Bad news- the system indicates a strong likelihood that the Patriots will cover vs the Jets today.
Chicago better hope that they just lost focus here, because if they play like they have in this quarter against Green Bay they're going to get thumped.
Props to Hasselbeck for lamenting that they couldn't take advantage of their opportunity, even though they "didn't deserve it." That kind of honest self-evaluation is rare in sports.
