Votto and Swisher are in. BS that Youkilis isn't on the team. He's easily the most deserving Red Sox position player outside of Pedroia. Ortiz should give him his spot.
I voted for Swish (for obvious reasons) but Youkilis is no doubt having the better season and should be on the team. Regardless, Swisher is having a solid campaign as well and isn't out of place being there.
Youkilis should've made it over Swisher, but the Yankees had the far superior campaign. They spent so much time last night on YES telling people to vote for him, they showed players and staff voting for him, they distributed buttons and t-shirts, they promised entry into raffles for free Yankees tickets and signed balls, etc. Swisher made it not because he was more deserving, but because his team poured more resources into getting him there. I wish more fans would vote for the most deserving players, rather than based on what team they play for.
