He hasn't had an author of any Mickey Mantle books on in at least three weeks, probably time for a few hours on one of those.
Don't make me do another 20 pages on this with you, junc. Because I know you're up for it, it's me I'm worried about.
Jim Rice was dominant when you were growing up? You're 60... Rice played in the 70's and 80's!!! How's that math work?
Maybe there was a Jim Rice in the Negro Leagues--Jim "Brown" Rice or Jim "White" Rice. It's a hypothetical because Rutgers hasn't even won the Big East let alone become a dominant college program.
When RU was in the top 10 in 2006 all I heard was about how they would take over the City, the City papers didn't even have beat writers for RU(I'm not sure if they do now). They have had a good program since that time and no one cares(when I say no one I don't mean literally no one but in relation to a good fanbase we have very few RU fans across the tri state area). This is not a CFB town, this is not a college town. Even as St. John's is getting better, if they get back to their 80s level they will sell out for big games but not for any other games.
at 5:30 we're gunna have da produsah ov da new hit show on brawdway Lahmbahdee!! Az I told youse last week, I went ta da show and went backstage, wit Roe and sum ov mah friends. I asked if da produsah would come on mah show, cuz I noticed some inconsistencies in der storee and ah wanted ta discuss it wit em
As long as everyone keeps listening to the show, he will keep this up. Radio cares about one thing only, RATINGS. He still obviously gets them, or this nonsense would stop awfully quick.
4:00 Jets fans... That gives his staff an hour to find the dumbest motherfuckers they can find and line them up
We don't know, and probably will not know for a long time if ever, if this will be a college football town. Rutgers generated enough popularity in that small period of time which they were relevant to justify a $110 million stadium expansion. Rutgers was dreadful until the 2006 season.
