i dont know why people listen to mike anymore. he is horrible at this point in his career. if you like the cranky old ahole routine - i guess you'd like him. but he is unlistenable from my perspective. truly horrific radio. i never listen anymore.

Is he still ripping on the Jets for actually providing their fans with ENTERTAINMENT when they're off the field? Yeah, winning is all well and good, but Hard Knocks, the entertaining sound bites, and the drama glues people to their seats. The Jets are doing it better than anyone right now, and I love them for it. Fans are thoroughly entertained. What's wrong with that? BTW I'm in no way calling the Revis saga entertaining.

The last time I listened to this fucker was right after the Colts game during the regular season. I'm trapped in a rental car on the Cross Bronx in brutal bumper to bumper traffic trying to get to Westbury, and I'm listening to this motherfucker rip the Jets for winning a game. I hadn't listened to him for years, and I'm thinking, what's changed? Why was he so supportive of the Jets and now he's attacking them? Hmmm, could it be that Parcells isn't around for Fatty to knobslob? Fuck you Mike.
Sports radio is pretty boring to me. I'll listen to it at times (mainly after games), but they don't really tell you anything that you wouldn't read on a forum like this. Plus most of the people who call in don't know anything or make comments that make fans of whichever team look like morons.
I loved when he said the Giants fans are the greatest fans throughtout any franchise in all of sports. Theirs nothing special about Giants fans. They are average fans. Nothing special. Hell they were the ones who we screaming about firing Coughlin but then were sucking his dick when he won them the Super Bowl. Very 2-faced if you ask me.
I've never seen a team get less criticism then the Giants. Last year the Jets went on a fairy tale ride and the Giants were embarrassed yet you wouldn't know if you listened to his show. It would be amazing if he was going to Jet camp. The giants fans are the greatest!! jet fans have a nomadic at best fan base. giant stadium 2!
