Here's Tom conducting himself with class and decorum, after his defense totally fucked up, by screaming at his punter. http://gamerewind.nfl.com/nflgr/game?id=55031&play=4164&icampaign=GR_Free_Clip_nfl

Rule one in coaching any sport is you never, ever yell at a player over a physical error... which the punt was... the video clearly shows he tried to angle the kick out of bounds and missed... more than likely do to the high snap... Mental errors? yell away... but not in the middle of a field... It would be like Bill Buckners manager running on the field to yell at him for booting the grounder to first against the Mets... It's a physical mistake... they're part of every game and every player makes them...
LMAO at this last caller 'Hey Evan, lets say the Nets get Carmelo, they beat the Heat in the playoffs, they go to the championship and beat the Lakers. Yet the next day you wake up in Mike Francesa's body, deal or no deal?
hah what was his response? they were takin some shots at the big guy before saying he's jealous of the jets, etc.
There is a difference of a QB getting on his WR for running a wrong route or something then there is for a Head Coach to run on the field and start chewing out his Rookie Punter. You should never air your dirty laundry as a coach. save it for the locker room behind closed doors. 1st off the fact that giant fans and their coach is blaming their punter is crazy. even the fact he was told to kick it OOB and didn't is irrelevant. its not like it was a back and forth game or anything. the giants had a 21 point lead with 8 minutes left. the fact they let up a 73 yard TD pass to a TE (phillips whiffed on the tackle and tuck was stuck covering a TE?) the fact after that the coaches didn't have the players prepared for the possibility of an onside kick. coughlin STATED he told them to be aware of an onside try, but i highly doubt 5 players ignored him or forgot about it, because all 5 were playing kick return all the way. Then after that they let vick to a 60 yard drive for a TD again when he ran it in on 3rd down. Then after a kick off all the offense needed to do was kill the clock. tehy still had a TD lead with like 4 minutes left against the 31st ranked defense in the NFL. instead they go 3 and out and give it right back but dodge does a good job pinning them deep. then on 3rd and 10 the staff calls a blitz and vick runs for 33 yards, tehn he calls a blitz again and vick runs for like another 30 yards. for the TD terell thomas gave maclin a huge blanket for an easy TD after he whiffed on the tackle. is that the punters fault too? the fact they allowed vick to get over 250 yards of offense in 1 quarter is amazing. Even if dodge did get the ball OOB the eagles woulda won in OT> they had all the momentum. giants offense did nothing the last quarter and the eagles were unstoppable. also as you can see the snap was high and dodge did try to angle it and looks like he just missed the ball and shanked it. And coughlin said i told him to do it and he didn't but i'm the head coach so i take the blame. Thats not taking blame, tahts throwing your player under the bus. He shoulda just said that it was the plan to kick away form jackson and the punter got a high snapped and it threw off the timing so it didn't work out, or just not mentioned what the player was supposed to do. you lost the game due to a defensive collapse and bad coaching, not the punter. he is just a scape goat.
Now da kid Matt Gonzalez has a cartridge teah in da trowin shoulda? Udda disasta, but that's what happens when you curse on da HBO.
I'm still LMAOing that Cotchery called in during Francesa's time slot when Joe and Evan were filling in. I know Fatty finally admitted that his Colts "dere ova DA MOON!" tirade from last year actually led to all the Jets being pulled from his show (and not b/c of "contraktual issues" as the lying fuck had been saying for so long), but could there be any more clear evidence than Cotchery's mid-afternoon appearance that the Jets just don't want to go on his show?
Well when Mike's out, do Joe and Evan still do the 10-1 show also? If so, that's good work by Cotchery waiting til the afternoon to go on the show
LMAO. Ohh yer outta yer mind wit dat. It had nuthin' to do wit da hit he took in Pittsbugh! I spoke ta docta James Andrews before we went on da air, and he told me dis sounds like cartliage ting is a product of callple tunnel syndrome. And dija notice on Hard Knocks when Sanchez wuz doing rather den workin' out or watchin film? He was puttin a rainbow unicorn on Shotty's compucalulata!!!1 Dat's weah dis injury comes from! It's from operatin dat mouse, not from da Steelis game! Ya lawst if ya tink udderwise! It all comes back to da loose ship Rex is runnin ovah in florham pahk! Yood neva see Coughlin let dis kinda stuff happen, cause he's a human beein and puts he heaht into da game! Here's mink wit da flash.
I don't know. I get all of my FAN stuff via podcasts. My guess is that they are on for their show and Fatty's.
can you imagine if he was on today? He would be ripping Rex apart for saying he was 99% sure Sanchez would play yesterday and then announcing today he's a game time decision. Waitasekent Waitasekent, Rex did go to da med skewl?? He shoulda know it was torn! Tom woulda nevah let this happen!
