I can't believe Francessa still does not get the 85 Bears mention by Rex. The caller was dead on, I believe his dad did call him and say look, "even the 85 Bears, with all their talent, got crushed during their championship season, use that to help the team put this aside". And right away Francessa turns that into "the Jets are the 85 Bears, we are just as good." Sad. And him saying he has 9 championships? In what, oreos?

I think Fatty does get it, but he'd never pass up an opportunity to bash Rex, even if it is simply by lying. Rex never compared the Jets to the 85 Bears, but since Rex mentioned them in the same breath, Fatty can now say "da Jets haven't won anyting! Did he at all talk about the Tyler Brayton incident from Sundays game? Seems that I havent heard any columnist, radio host etc talk about. The Media has had a bias against Rex and the Jets this year that proves it even further cause what he did was worse then Alosis incdent.

Yep, that's Fatty's argument about all of the NFL player mayhem - domestic abuse cases, vehicular manslaughters, DWIs, etc. - that he never mentioned before the Braylon thing. The Plaxico/Pierce, Lawrence Taylor, Meggett, cases? Tempests in teapots compared to a DWI. Wall to wall coverage was needed on the Braylon thing, but Fatty could only assume that Meggett got a fair trial and needed to call his sawces in NY or NJ or NH to talk about the mitigating factors about a child rape, because, you know, he did the same thing with Braylon's case. Or maybe he didn't. Oh and about the Big Blew McKenzie DWI? He "coodent rememba" what he said about it. In other words, nothing. But you know it was crucial to get a DWI accident victim on the show the week of Braylon's DWI, because, Fatty's all concerned about drunk driving since Braylon "cooda driven thru Tanny's neehabahood and killed a kid!!!11" Total hypocrite and liar.
