Short of raping women, dog fighting, assaulting with deadly weapons and/or entourages, robbery and murder, - I really don't care about jurisprudence issues like this one. This is a non-issue to me because if I was a student-athlete at an NFL-caliber/money-printing entity like USC, I'd probably roll the dice with NCAA rules too and take the SUV. Sue me, I'm a kid and I'm human. Cheating on tests, getting into fights, having unprotected/irresponsible sex, smoking pot, DUIs (we're not all mature enough to know better @ that age) are all the types of mistakes I assume most, non-Tebow types of college students make - for better or worse.

+1 Also, I didn't hear Giants fans knocking Burress when he was on the team and I don't think Giants fans will be looking to give that Lombardi Trophy back because he was a bad guy. And let's not forget that one of the baddest apples in NFL history was and still is Lawrence Taylor and Giants fans adore him despite his long long list of transgressions. In fact, he still goes on Fat Mike's show and is clearly so drunk or high or both that you can't even understand him, but the Fat Man gushes all over him and compares him to Michael Jordan and Babe Ruth. Unbelievable. I guess they are only bad guys when they are on somebody else's team.

Intense Jets hate today. Mike hasn't brought up 1 thing about the Jets in the past month/spent more then 1minute on them. Now that Santonio is having a issue Mike is going insane. Said we brought in 'a bunch of wild guys' Who on the Jets is out of line? Antonio Cromartie, and Holmes? I can only think of two.
