That was the unsportsmanlike penalty (illegal wedge) call on the kick-off return after Dreesen's 43-yd TD.

I think it's funny that after 6 games, he's now on the same level as wise, veteran who helped the Pats win a SB. I mean, that's definitely not exaggerating.

missed the 53 yard field goal by 2 inches. How is that a bad coaching decision? Maybe he knows when his kickers ego needs a boost.

Wow. Caller questioning Rex's decisions. Next caller says Sanchez missed open passes and they should've thrown it more because guys were opened."

Really?? Now, Sanchez should've been sacked on the throw to Braylon? He's saying that and had to hammer the point about Wilson being out of position.

*edit* "Nah, I don't see it.. I don't see it" (about how Sanchez shoulda been sacked)

It's disheartening to know that the idiots that make asinine threads on this site actually exist in real life. I was hoping they were just trolls making stupid threads just to start shit but clearly there are people who've been watching this game for years and don't understand any of it

    Re: "awlmoss sacked Sanchez"

He probably means the pass play to LT that got the ball to midfield before the pass to Edwards. Nacho ducked out of a sack before stepping up and making the pass.

Everyone missing the point. Its not about the actual game... it's about how Chubby says they are treating, commenting on and referring to these wins, when they are not doing what he says. This is whole thesis, that the Jets are being fooled. They aren't.
Once again Chubby's narrative is that the Jets are overconfident and fooled into thinking they are better than they are. They are not. Believe me, Ryan is going to destroy this defense this week. He is completely arrogant about this defense and he is probably taking yesterday personally (which is a good thing).

Mike's had a hair up his ass since last season when Rex refused to get down on his knees and thank the Colts for pulling their starters. He thinks the Jets pound their chests every week and talk trash all the time, which isn't actually true.

    So yes, agreed 100%.

last year all francesa said is 'doesn't mattah how you get the W, just get it, and the Jets lose every close game! i dont care if they outgain opponents by 200 yahhhds'!

this year it's the opposite. not winnin by enough points!

then when they blow teams out...the Steeliz ahh overrated! da pats ahh not the pats!

after the jets win the SB...'lets be honest, there was no an elite team in da NFL this season. tha jets did win the SB but they picked the perfect year!! any otha yeah with a great pats or colts or saints and it's ovah, the jets lose. folks, dis is prob the worst team to evah win the SB.

"Anyone who says the Jet defense is playing well is not watching the games"

I'm not sure he watches entire games start to finish. If he did he would give the Jet D credit for what they are doing right and give a more cogent analysis of what the issues are.

"They got run on yesterday". They gave up 84 yards to the leading rusher in the NFL. Wow, is he clueless.
Again, no one is saying jets defense played well yesterday. It was awful in the 4th quarter, still cannot rush the QB and has not been able to stand up and win games they should, but THEY KNOW IT. Can they fix it? I don't know... Do they know they need to fix it and are acknowledging they need to, otherwise the Pats and Steelers will smoke them like Mozzerlla?? Absolutely. This is what Pudgy would have no answer to.

Everything he's said today is right on the mark. The defense was an embarrassment yesterday. No pass rush, Dressen looking like Kellen Winslow in his prime and even ran the ball.
