Ryan Mallett is earning himself some absolute cash today. If Arkansas gets this win, this is a huge signature win for him come draft time. He hasnt been pretty and alot of his yards came off of throws deep that have seen players bounce off one another for a score but its getting it done. Jake Locker and the Huskies pull a late gutsy running play to comeback and win at California and keep their bowl hopes alive.....all that is left from seeing the Jake Locker show at a bowl game(And getting a national tv assessment of the man in a bowl game) is Washington vs Washington St. Huskies SHOULD win that game.
I know no one gives a shit, but NC State's pass defense is a fuckin' joke. I swear it looks like their corners are giving the WRs a 20 yard cushion. My Grandma could have completed 10 yard button hooks all day. Hard to see my school go down when they had a chance to get to the title game. They don't deserve it after that bed-shitting though. Oh well, at least we'll get a shitty bowl somewhere. Hopefully we don't play a decent passing team.
If Notre Dame can win today, there's a very good chance that NC St and Notre Dame will meet with one another at the Champs Sports Bowl. And Notre Dame is about as pass-happy of a team as one can get.
What does a nationally televised game have to do with anything? Locker's has done absolutely nothing to show he's worthy of being a first round pick. It shouldn't matter how many people are watching him on TV.
I hope the Gamecocks do well enough to change your mind next week, after they finish absolutely devastating Clemsux tonight.
And they ended the 8 game losing streak vs USC! That is very important Bring on Maryland/NC ST/Florida St. I think it will be Maryland vs Notre Dame....

Thank goodness. Kirby Hocutt isn't messing around now, he wants to make a big splash for the replacement, so I'm going to just go ahead and get my hopes WAY, WAY up.
Well LSU shat themselves against Arkansas, god damn that was our worst defensive game of the year. Two touchdowns off of missed tackles and we made some guy who isnt darren mcfadden look like mcfadden. Our offensive line played like shit today and wouldnt you know it Garry Crowton called his usual piss poor game. Good news is Morris Claiborn is a stud so when PP7 leaves our secondary will be in good shape and hopefully we only have one more game with Garry Crowton as our offensive coordinator
I wonder who they will go after? Even though it may not be the splash they might wanna make I think Greg Schiano could be near the top.I think Rutgers has peaked as a program and with the way Chris Christie is on top of the money the state of NJ spends it might be hard to keep him around with budgets being cut left and right in NJ. He coached at Miami under one of the previous regimes and I know he recruits alot of Florida kids to Rutgers. I also think Al Golden may have surpassed Schiano as the next in line at Penn St so his opportunities to go to a big program may be fading.
Rumors of an SEC coaching shake up. I can't link anything because they're all word of mouth so take them like you would an incarcerated bob tweet. 1. Richt out at Georgia - No news on who would be in. 2. Nutt out at Ole Miss, team meeting at 4. Muschamp in? 3. Muschamp out as Texas DC (to go to SEC as an HC) 4. Saban rumors..Alabama fans are idiots, saying he's out today. 5. Les Miles out at LSU on Monday. Muschamp in? 6. Vanderbilt wants Muschamp Out of all of those, 2 and 3 have the best odds. 5 is a probability.
Not that it is that credible, but some radio guy is saying that Jon Gruden will be the next coach at Miami... http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-football/2010/11/28/1840624/randy-shannon-fired-miami-jon-gruden
