A lot of things need to happen to even consider this a possibility. The O-line is patch work at best. The defense is still in flux. Can anyone really say the defense is looking to step out for next year? The Quarter back position; yes Chad will be back (Or will he?) but what if we get fooled again? Then we have a repeat of this year. Way too many holes to fill and evaluate to even think of a good season for 08. To me the expectations that 06-07 created were the main reason for the over the top criticism and displeasure for our defense, O-line, Quarter back and coaches. Do some teams catch lightning in a bottle; yes! But it usually is pre-empted by many bright spots the year before, there have been a few but not enough!

This franchise went from 1-15 to 9-7 so it can be done.

The fact that the Jets won SB 3 and the next SB will be #43 (in early '09) is a pretty good indicator that it is a 40 year anniversary.

You guys know anything can happen in this league.

Look at the bears and saints, they came out of NOWHERE last year. It's not likely, but it's possible. An easy schedule helps

The Bears did not come out of nowhere. They were in the playoffs in 2005, too.
