It appears you are getting your rocks off by giving Rock a hard time and making up this story about the check and your new "tenants". I simply do not understand why though.
It does appear that Champ is trying to rub it in. All that was needed was, "These tickets are no longer available". If I were selling and the buyer backed out for whatever reason, I'd be pissed too though. I can see both sides. I think it's funny you call them renters though. I know that's what it is but I've never heard of that being used in season tix.

Actually the end result was terrific so I am quite happy with the result I think Rock has big brass you know what for rapping the renter for overnighting the check. That IMHO is pure jealously on his part

Guys, chill on Champ. I bought the tix and I did overnight the check to guarantee what I want come this fall. Opportunity knocked and I answered. Champ is actually a very pleasant man to talk to and presented himself in a manner which I felt comfortable to buy the tix and parking pass at face value. I went to 4 games last year and almost paid the same for those tix from Stub Hub as what I just paid for 10 games and post season rights from Champ. I overnighted the check to show i was't bullshitting him and wasting his time. When I want someone I will do anything necessary to get want I want and show I mean business. The early bird catches the worm. Meaning Success comes to those who prepare well and put in effort to secure one's needs. Should've just posted they have been sold and aren't available anymore. Instead it seems like it was a shot towards Rock when it was announced. Big deal guys. A little transaction that usually goes on just about everyday. Good faith could also be Champ and Ace having a verbal contract and agree to sell/buy with each other once season was announced. Hey I got blasted for buying tix. I do have the right to defend myself. You fellas need to breathe some air and run around outside a little bit in my opinion. Someone questioned my practices, I explained why. No big deal. I'm happy with the deal and thats what matters.
