So in previous years, when I passed on pre-season tickets, I would log onto my jets account and send a PDF file of my ticket(s) and parking pass to one of the guys. I did that this year but the person I sent it to was required to have a ticketmaster acct. to print the tickets. I called the Jets to confirm. He had to create an acct. and then print the file. You are better off logging onto your acct. and saving your tickets as a PDF file to your hard drive and then send them from there. Idiots!!!!!!
They do it to collect names & contact info for a potential client list. You should just print the tickets yourself and email the PDFs to your recipient. If you don't want your name on the tickets, then forward them to another email address of yours and start a new account with your first name as "New York" and last name "Jets". So every time you forward tickets to that account you can print them out to send to people and it will just say "New York Jets" on the tickets
Went to the game on Sat. Four checkpoints but until we got to the last one next to the stadium they did not tell my wife that her very small pocketbook was to big. Had to get on line and empty the pocketbook into a plastic bag and leave it in storage and pick up after game. Also, really busting chops about size of water bottle. Basically, anything over 20 oz. no good. The are basically using us for the season to practice for the Super bowl. I mean they had a checkpoint at the start of the catwalk on the Izod side. Its getting harder and harder to go. Back to young boys waving flags, drum circle with a bunch of men, lots of stupid stuff on the big screen and just really lame atmosphere. Never mind I hate the coach and QB. This is probably my last year. Might be a year to late to be honest. The Jets game I loved are long long gone. Very sad
Jets Jax Very good points and mostly all true. And test G-Pigs for the Super Bowl sounds about right!! Amazing!!
This is getting so retarded. Any day now I'm expecting a press release for the ground breaking of an anal cavity inspection station at each entrance
Sorry to hear about this,,,,,,,,hopefully things change for the better in the coming weeks with the game day experience and product on the field .
That band got annoying after a while. The line to get in was ridiculous. One of the guys I know told me it's because of Super Bowl. The guest service people in each section were a mess. I'm hoping that this is like most preseason games I attend where they need to use those games to get things in order for the regular season. Otherwise things will become a huge mess fast.
Probably true - they need practice too. I was worried about ladies pocketbooks. It's going to be a shitshow. Regarding other comments about the atmosphere, it's preseason - nothing close to the real thing. I went for a half, but find that all preseason games do for me is ruin opening day's excitement. Best not to attend. I sure ain't going to the Eagles game.
I took into account it was pre-season. I was not commenting on the crowd, its the Jets and what they do in between action. Its like a god damm Nets game.
That funny as I am not going to even tape it off the NFLN when they air it after it has been played as I already deem it as not worth watching
This weeks game is huge in many ways. If a Jet fan does not deem this worthy of watching, YOU AINT A JET FAN
See U really must be someone who reads only what he wants to see or make up I said the PHILLY game not the NYGs game
