Yeah. After the Ravens game I came away thinking, "Sanchez could go either way after this." I thought he could either get more Chad Pennington-like or pull himself out of it. He did the latter, fortunately, by the time that 2nd Pats game came along (Thank God). He really needed that game. That was a classic Jets game I'll never forget.
It's really amazing that the Pats finished 14-3 and two of the losses were to us....and that Brady threw 5 picks over an entire season including the playoff game and 3 were by us. Then you have Rex trash talking to Brady and Belichick. Ya gotta love Rex for that. He understands us. It's just a damn shame Elllis got hurt at the end of the Pats game because that definitely affected the way the front 7 came out in the Pittsburgh game. It wasn't one guy, it was like 1 missed tackle by each guy and that sunk us.
It also seems like security now favors the opposing team fans more than us. I think the biggest problem is the Jets are dropping a lot of their unsold seats on stubhub. I know this for a fact they had a contract with stubhub and also put their on seats on ticket exchange. Problem is sometimes they are so overpriced for certain games. Packers fans flocked out here for the Halloween game and took over the stadium as well. The Dolphins game there were a few problems and the Dolphins fans were given warnings while Jets fans were ejected.
Certainly seems that way sometimes, doesn't it? And yet, if I were Security, if a Dolphins fan is in the middle of an altercation, I have to assign slightly more guilt to this bozo for showing up in his orange and torquoise to begin with. It's been my experience that, while annoyed at seeing those colors, Jets fans don't usually start stuff unless provoked. Any Dolphins fans I've ever seen involved in fights, etc. have usually brought it upon themselves. They dress up in their fag costumes and then get obnoxious on top of it all. It's like waving a red flag in front of a bull. Sooner or later, the bull gets pissed. Very rarely will you see Jets fans attack a Dolphins fan for no reason... there's usually provocation involved. This is especially true if the Jets fans are STHers, becasue they're there just to enjoy the game, period, while it's obvious a Dolphins fan cannot be a STHer and is usually there dressed that way just to piss people off. I'd eject the Dolphins fan and give the Jets fan a warning were it me.
We were at the ravens game last year and a ravens fan was being a jackass. Finally some guy had enough and threw a full beer on him. Security came over and we were sure the Jets fan was going but they grabbed the ravens fan and escorted him out. I can only assume that security had been watching him and thought he deserved whet he got.
Sounds about right to me. Come into our house and antagonize and taunt your ass off, you need to be escorted. "And I ain't seen nothin'." Take care, pal.
someone asked me where my season tickets where and i couldnt remember my section or row. fuckin crazy. i havent called the season ticket hotline in awhile...
I am going to my new section but I really don't think I'll be sitting in my seats till September 2012. I might need a hotline to call to remember where we play, park and sit. How many UD STH's will they lose if they don't play in 2011 and how would you feel paying off your 10k PSL without any games in 2011? I can see it happening
We won't forget our section number even if there isn't a season, they are giving us hats with our section number on them so that we can remember how much we love paying for season tickets with or without games.

227, you have to order more hats through your rep. I ordered a couple extra hats and they were 20 bucks a piece.
I don't have a rep. Never got anywhere with any of them. And whenever I them called them back and tried to get somewhere, I used to get someone new. It got to the point where I just dealt with whomever picked up the phone. Don't want one, don't need one. Finally got my new seats the old fashioned way... through threats. So I guess I'll just call the office and get anyone. You didn't receive yours yet, did you?
Yea you can just call the main number and speak to anybody. We are all assigned a rep but it's all the same crap regardless of who you speak with. No I didn't get my hats yet, they will come with our tickets. I didn't want to forget to order more so I did it a couple of weeks ago to be safe.
Extra Jets Hats - Not Too Late To Order Okay, I just called the 1 (800) 469-JETS number and "Jason" took my order. They take your credit card over the phone and you're done. Jason said the hats will be arriving with the ticket package. When I asked when that would be, he said "sometime in July." That's the best answer i could get for now.
I just called to ask that very question... I was told it's a green hat with a Jets logo on the front, and section number on the back. PSL owners hats have no sponsors on them, and Upper Deck hats have some sponsor logos on them. The guy thinks it's a open back but wasn't sure.
I just don't want them to have that repugnant chartreuse jagged lettering. Please just make them normal. I still have both the green one and the tan one, and I wuld have ordered more, but we didn't have the opportunity. Now I ordered 3 more in addition to my freebie. I hope they look good!
