Unbelievable. This is totally inexcusable. What is Woody resorting to now, Gustappo-like tactics? A fucking preseason game no less. Big fucking deal that you should talk to a fucking cameraman.

I will not spend one dime in this new stadium. No way.

I think your hatred of Woody has blurred your vision.

Take a deep breath and read what he wrote again.

It's not possible to have blurred vision when it comes to Woody Johnson. It's all quite clear.

Yes, but the story was about Opening Day for the Mets. Honest mistake, but he was just comparing it to how he's guessing the Meadowlands will be starting next year.

Woody Johnson was walking around the parking lots before the Jets/Rams game, signing autographs and shaking hands.

I just missed him, as I was hoping to give him a piece of my mind regarding the PSL's and his latest 2009 ticket plans.

Did anyone get a chance to bust on Woody J on Friday????????

i was just watching build it bigger. they did a show on the new dallas cowboys stadium... whose fans are also getting completely fucked with an absurd psl.... BUT its not a shared stadium and they have gone so fucking far over the top with this stadium, really the new meadowlands just cant compare with what this cocksucker is doing in dallas.

    227,

I like your style but I was talking about shitty field and wilpon not "our own stadium" (what a crock of shit) and johnson.

However, in a 12 months someone else will post the same thing about a Jets game....

Booed everytime they mentioned the 2010 stadium or 2009 ticket options and tried to get the rest of the crowd into booing too. Wait until the home opener and they mention 2010 tickets. I'm shocked Woody would walk around the lot. I wouldn't shake his hand and would tell him now I know why his own daughter won't talk to him. I want to make him a customized jersey that says Johnson for the last name and instead of numbers put $$.

i agree pats hater, i cant stand jerry jones and what he is doing down there with ticket prices should be illegal. he is a complete douchebag.

however that stadium has some crazy things going on. while i may or may not like them or think they are gay or against the whole idea of real football they are some pretty amazing things. a roof that looks like its floating that opens and closes, a 70 by 120 foot hdtv hanging over the field. they can remove or add seats as they please.

they really did an amazing job coming up with some of the concepts and the engineering that they did for that stadium, and while i feel almost all of it goes completely against what i think football is all about its still so far and above what the jets and giants as a collaboration came up with. and thats a goddamn shame.

I saw that show as well...that is a SICK stadium. They even have a wall of retractable doors in each endzone that can open and close, so you can get a cross breeze in the stadium. Not that I think it's right, but he does have standing room only seats for $28. He also locks in ticket prices for 5 years, and offers 30yr financing for his PSL's. Also their upper deck corner seats are $59 per game. I guess if you're going to make a new stadium, make it like this, but also have affordable options. Woody doesn't offer a 5yr ticket price lock, or 30yr financing, or affordable options (under $60 a seat), or rights to all events held in that stadium. Again, I'm not supporting the PSL in any way, but I think there is a right and wrong way to it. And Woody has chosen the WRONG way.

You make a great point, the lack of a price lock on the PSL seats should be a warning to all current PSL owners. Get ready.

I can't believe he has the balls to show himself in the parking lot. He must think he's still popular with most season ticketholders. In fact, the opposite is probably true.

At the very least, we know that 100% of the ticketholders have been relocated, and I'd venture a guess that 80% of them are either unhappy with their new seats or are on the hook for a hefty ticket price because of the PSL they had to pay or have been evicted altogether because their seniority wasn't enough to allow them affordable seats.

Just FYI for those still waiting for their 2010 calls. Spoke to my rep today and he stated that 1991 should start up Sept and I should expect my call(2000) late Sept to early Oct.

Man, they are really stringing this thing out now. I guess they're hoping the economy will improve and give them some tailwind.

That's the the part we are lacking. I don't know how $95 is a "cheap" seat. Yankee Stadium has $20 uppers and $14 bleachers. Every team has some sort of options but we don't have those here.
