there are still a few guys on the team who will be leaving, and that will free up more cap space. barton and bowens come to mind.
http://www.nfl.com/players/raylewis/profile?id=LEW562347 I'm sorry find me the drop off in production..... name each year he looks washed up or terrible.
Give me a break he dropped off significantly How can you say that.......... look at the numbers man: 2007- 120 tackles 2008- 117 tackles 2007- 10 passes defended 2008- 9 passes defended And even though he had more interceptions this year his average return dropped off a cliff man......... 2007-17.5 yards per int return 2008- 14.3 yards per int return All in all he had a 2.5% drop in tackles, a 10% drop in passes defended and an 18.2% drop in int. yards. To top it off Ray Lewis only played in 14 games in 2007. You are clearly wrong, NDmick.................... Ray Lewis production was not nearly as good in 2008.
^ my shortsightedness proves my ignorance... if only they could ban those such as me for being retarded and uninformed.
that little back and forth really made me smile! although many will still not be able to see the light.
You joke about the drop off on return yards, but those extra 3.2 yards could be the difference between a 40 yarder and a 43.2 yarder. If you have a kicker whose range is only 43.1 yards, you're fucked with Ray Lewis on your team.
